The future of the name.
There has never been all that many Tru(e)body’s in this world and today, in 2019, there are probably
less than 100.
What then are the chances that the name will live on?
Below are the names of the 27 Tru(e)body men who are under 40 years of age in 2019.
Many of those listed are over 25 and are already
fathers and will not be likely have any more children. The continuance of our name therefore
relies upon those who were born from 1994
onwards i.e. under the age of 25 to date.
There are only 10 such Tru(e)body men in the whole world and they are to be found only in England, South Africa and Australia.
Interestingly, 6 of those 10 are a part of my direct family.
Due to changes in legislation in 2006 that stopped open searches of British BMD registers there may have been some boys born
since then that I do not know about. I would be grateful to hear from anyone who has any information.
